Refund policy

All murals, works of art and marketing/advertising materials created by Street Pop Studio and its artist are a non-refundable purchase.

Reason for non-refundable purchases are, but not limited to,

Design changes, after the first deposit, are non-refundable, any additional cost due to the design change are the responsibility of the customer, those cost include but are not limited to, any and all materials, design or delivery fees, transportation and lodging costs. 

Refusal to pay additional cost null in voids any verbal or written  agreed upon contracts. If a customer refuses to pay additional cost and refuses to continue with the original design then Street Pop Studios and its artist is no longer contractually obligated to complete services and designs with customer.

All permits, permissions and safety qualifications must be attained by the customer before work starts on site. Failure to produce any permits required by state and local governments will null in voids any verbal or written agreements. Street Pop Studios artist are not responsible for any work or services agreed upon after the failure to produce any state and local permits.

Failure to produce state and local government permits, refusal to pay design fees or any other ethical or moral mistreatment towards Street Pop Studios and its artist, have the right to no longer do business with customers who break or disrespects policies of Street Pop Studios.
